De Young,who was arrested in March of this year for breaking into the general merchandise store of Eakin & Dick,at Rickreall,was placed under arrest yesterday as he was leaving the penitentiary at Salem,by Sheriff J.T.Ford. He was sent to the penitentiary by the Federal Court for breaking into the Postoffice,which is kept in the same room as the store,for six months,but was alllowed 30 days for good conduct.He will be brought before the Circuit Court in December for robbery.
