Morning Oregonian August 4, 1904
The Salvation Army Wedding  at the chapel,265 Davis street.Friday night at 8 
o'clock;when Sergeant Major Phebe Mithcell and Treasurer Peter Vahderhelen,two 
of the most prominent officials in the local division,will be made husband and 
wife,is the event of the week,in Salvation ASrmy circles.Before the 
ceremony,which will be performed by Brigadier General Mrs.Stilwell,takes 
place,there will be a street parade,which wil be led by 12 flower 
girls.Mrs.Stilwell arrived yesterday amd will address a Salvation Army meeting 
tonight.
