Judge Bole decided this morning that the evidence was only circumstantial,and that there was great danger in relying upon it. Dr.Telford is one o fthe most prominent physicians of British Columbia. He is a graduate of McGill Medical College,Montreal, and is a native of Valens,Wentworth County,Ontario. Miss Bowell,whose death was alleged to have been caused by a criminal operation in Dr. Telford's hospital,was a niece of Sir MacKenzie Bowell,long one of the leading figure in Canadian politics.
