Morning Oregonian September 25, 1904
A motion for a new trial was argued and submitted before Judge Sears yesterday 
in the suit of Andrew Sorenson against the Oregon Water Power & Railway 
Company,by Henry E.McGinn,attorney for the plaintiff and R.W.Wilbur and 
M.T.Muir,cousel for the defense. Sorenson lost a leg in a construction train 
accident,and the jury returned a verdict in his favor for $15,000 damages.This 
is why the company wants  a new trial.
