Morning Oregonian September 1, 1904
B.A.Parker and H.J.Mack,the suspected pickpockets arrested Tuesday morning,wer 
taken before Judge Hogue for arraignment yesterday. They entered a plea of not 
guilty.As the evidence against them does not warrant robbery charges,they are 
accused of being vagrants.Their trial has been set for today,and in the 
meantime they are in jail under $500 bonds.
