Both men are drivers fo express wagons and have for some time been quarreling over their stands in the North End. They have caused th ecourts considerabel annoyance, and yesterday Judge Carey refused to listen to any testimony, dismissing the complaints an dintimating that he woul dpayno attention hereafter to such trivial matters. But the rroubel was carried into Justice McDevitt's court, and two hours were psent over the case. Counsel argued legal propositions in a manner that would have impressed one with the idea that a murder trial or a $100,000 civil case was in progress.Justice McDevitt, while somewhat annoyed, stated that he would take the case under advisement until today.
