Morning Oregonian November 2, 1904
The will of Benjamin Roop,deceased,was admitted to probate in the County Court 
yesterday.the property is valued at $908 and is bequeathed in equal shares to 
Estella Drake and Eliza Jane Morgan in equal shares.The will states that the 
testator has made no provisions for his other children because at death of 
their mother,Estella Drake,Eliza J.Morgan and William A.Roop assigned to him 
their interest in their mother's estate,while the others did not do so.William 
A.Roop has received 40 acres of land as his share.
