Three Petitions In Bankruptcy Filed In Federal Court
Three petitions in bankruptcy were filed yesterday in the United States 
District Court:
Dorenda A.Muckle,operating a sawmill at Rainier,Columbia County;nominal assets 
$5522 and property exempy by law $965 and liabilities $3015.
C.W.Kanney,car conductor and member of the firm of Kenney & 
Son,Willamette,Clackamas County; unsecured indebtedness $7230,mostly owing to 
Adams & Co.,Ritzville,Wash.There are no assets.
F. and L. Stuart,confectioners,Hood River,Wasco County;liabilities,$603,and 
assets $500, $200 of the latter being exempt by law; $295 is owinf to Portland 
creditors.
