Morning Oregonian September 19, 1904
"Scottie" Frazier, one of the oldest drivers in the Portland fire 
department,suffered a stroke of paralysis yesterday afternoon,and is in a very 
critical condition at the Good Samaritan Hospital.He is at present the driver 
of Engine No.5 located in South Portland.
