Morning Oregonian September 15, 1904
Charles W.Walon,who held up a Willamette Heights car,was allowed additional 
time,until Saturday,to plead by Judge Frazer yesterday,on the request of his 
attoney.This doubtless means that the attorney is preparing to raise technical 
objections to the information.The trial of Walton's case will be set when he 
pleads. The District Attorney favors putting it off until some time in 
October,for the reason that Ole Nelson,the policeman who was shot,may not be 
able to appear fro several weeks to come.
