Died Alne In His Room

Robert McAyeal Succumbs To Heart Disease

Robert McAyeal, a man of 50, was found dead in the Ryan Hotel, at Front and Main streets, yesterday morning. He had been suffering recently and that disease was given as the cause of his death.

McYeal had been living with his son, R. McAyeal, until last Wednesday, when, the son breaking up housekeeping, the father moved to the Ryan Hotel. Saturday he fell down a flight of stairs and bruised himself badly, and the doctor called in stated that he had been attacked with heart failure.  Later in the day he fell prone in the street before the hotel and was taken in and put to bed. In the morning when the housekeeper went to his room he was dead. The body was removed to Finley's undertaking rooms, from which it will probably be buried tomorrow.
