Morning Oregonian October 2, 1904

Died in a French Hospital

Hoquiam, Wash., Oct.1- (Special) - W. J. McKnight received a telegram today stating that his brother, Guy, of this city, well known here, a member of the U.S.N. on board the Olympia, had died in a civil hospital in France. No particulars regarding the young man's death were given. Guy was 21 years of age and had served four years in the Amercian Navy.
