Patrick Luther Milligan, a retired Insurance Salesman, died in his home Tuesday. He was 73.

Graveside service will be held at 10:30 am Friday at Skyline Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Milligan was born in Wallace, Alabama but had lived in the Portland area since 1949. 

He was a veteran of World War II and a former member of the Rocky Butte Kiwanis Club.

Surviving are his three sons, Michael S., Timothy P. and William L. all of Portland; and four grandchildren.
