A retired auto mechanic, Mr. Wilkerson died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born in Centerville, Iowa, and spent most of his early years in Oklahoma. He came to Oregon in 1947. Survivors include his wife Neva; six sons; Claude L., Jr., Los Angeles; Charles L., Boring; C. Lerel, San Pedro, Calif.; Clinton L., Portland; Carl ., Gresham; and Curtis L., Clackamas; a daughter, Mrs. D.V. Tamerius, Milwaukie; two brothers, John and Kenneth, Tulsa, Okla.; three sisters, Daisy Powell and Marie Lightfoot, Tulsa, and Vera Stiles, College Place, Wash.; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
