Additional Comments:

This is my grandmother and If she didn't know the answer to something she 
would say anything. This delayed birth registration is full of errors.

Error  her fathers birth 4-16-1872, he was born 4-24-1866
Error  her mothers birth 2-14-1876, she was born 2-1-1870
Error  her birth place was not Hadleyville, but Lorane, Oregon

it also appears that she typed over the document and put Cavett instead of 
Diess. 
I think this was when she needed a birth certificate to work in the kayser 
Shipyards.
