Pearl B.Babcock,who was married to Frank J.Babcock May 11,1901,was granted a 
divorce because of desertion and cruel treatment.Mr.Babcock testified that her 
husband drank,failed to support her,and threatened to kill her. She was 
allowed to resume her maiden name,Hayner.
