Arabella Bannister was divorced from Nathan Bannister,to whom she was married 
at LaFayette in 1868.She accused him of infidelity,and named Orletta Fay as 
the woman in the case.Mrs.Bannister was awarded the custody of a minor child 
12 years of age.Bannister is now residing at McCormick,Wash.
