Beacause her husband,James A.Eskridge,indulges excessively in alchoholic 
drinks,and neglects his work,Eliza A.Eskridge has sued him for divorce.She 
alleges that he threatened to shoot her and also her father and her mother,and 
she is afraid of him.Mrs.Eskridge also avers that she had secured employment 
to support herself,as she cannot expect support from the defendant.They were 
married in Illinois 16 years ago.
