Jane I.Gragg,who says her husband,Israel S.Gragg,willfully abandoned her on 
September 12,1902,has commenced suit for a dissoltion of the matrimonial 
bonds.She also asks to be declared the sole owner of certain property in Deer 
Island Slough,and to be allowed to resume her maiden name,McDonald.She was 
wedded to Gragg October 3,1900.
