Morning Oregonian  September 15,1904
Milton H.Green is the defendant in irce filed in the State Circuit Court 
yesterday by Ida J.Green,who charges him with having sustained improper 
relations with a woman at the Hotel Brunswick,in Seattle,in August,1904. 
Mrs.Green avers that she does not know the name of this oman,but would like 
to. The litigants were married in Illinois in 1894 and have one child,of which 
the mother asks custody.
