Christina hansen was divorced from louis hansen and was awarded the custody of 
their five children, three boys and two girls, the oldest 16 and the youngest 
7 years old.
The litigiants were married in Minnesota in 1886. Mrs.Hansen testified that in 
April 1901, her husband fraudulently induced her to come to Oregon with her 
children with the fale promise that he would complete his business in 
Minnesota anf join her the following Fall. Instead he reomcved to Fargo,N.D., 
and deserted her.She said she had been informed since that he is on his way to 
Alaska. She asked for a decree for $30 per month alimony.
