He filed suit against her in the State Circuit Court yesterday for a divorce. They were married in Portland April 7,1903. Kellogg alleges in his complaint that within six months of their union his wife called him a liar and used abusive language to him. They live at Sunnyside,and when he comes home for six hours leavee from his boat he aers that Mrs.Kellogg is frequently at her mother's house,close by,and stays there: also that she has refused to get him his supper,telling him to go back to the boat for it. He says she has insulted members of his family,calling his mother an old Siwash, and his brother a nigger, and when he protested struck him over the head with abook. Kellogg also charges that his wife threatened to split his head open with an ax.
