The divorce suit of Julius Kumli against Jennie Kumli was argued and submitted 
before Judge Stearns yesterday.Several witnesses were examined and the 
evidence tended to show that Mrs.Kumli had been false to her marriage 
vows,having entertained an unkown man in her room on March 10.Charlie Tong,a 
Chinese servant, testified that the man was a "friend" and also that Mrs.Kumli 
had presented him with a bottle of wine on the date mentioned.
