Linn vs. Kate B.Linn. In both suits the minor children were awarded the plaintiff. In the Linn suit the plaintiff is a sawmill man residing near this city. The divorce was granted on the charge of infidelity on the part of the woman, who was accused of miscellaneously keeping company with George Springs and W.E.Howell,who were named as co-respondents. Among other instances alleged by Linn was that Mrs.Linn attending a dance at Beaver Creek, in this county, on the night of October 18 last, and failed to return home until 4 o'clock the following morning. The suit for divorce was filed on the following day.
