Ynes P.Mason testified  that her husband,John H.Mason,threatened to kill 
her,saying that he would kill her if he was not afraid of the law.She also 
testified to numerous acts of cruel treatment.They were married at San 
Rafael,Calif., in 1904 and have no children.The decree was granted
