Arthur Wright Orton, who alleges that his wife,Ethel C.Orton,eloped with 
Clement G.Smith, going with him to Denver, yesteray filed suit against her for 
a divorce in the State Circuit Court. he accuses her of infidelity and also 
sets forth in his complaint that she stayed at a hotel in Tacoma under the 
assumed name of Mrs. C.Wilkes. They were married in Milwaukie,Was., in July 
1895
