Rose E.Walker was divorced from maurice Walker because of cel treatment.She 
also testified that her husband on numerous occasions falsely accused her of 
sustaining improper relatiosn with Martin Magisky.The Walkers were married in 
1886.The custody of two minor children was awarded to the mother.
