Morning Oregonian August 7,1904
One of the prettiest of the Summer weddings took place at the St.Mark's 
Epicopal Church Wednesday evening at 8:30 o'clock, when Miss Anne Allen nd 
Eldred Kuizenga were united in marriage by Rev.John Simpson.
The bride wore a beautiful gown of white crepe de chine, trimmed with point 
lace, and carried bride roses. The veil was fastened with a diamond crescent. 
A reception was held at 541 Lovejoy street, the home of Mr. and Mrs. A.W. 
Allen, only immediate relatives being present. The rooms throughout were 
handsomely decorated with palms and cut flowers. The dining room was in pink. 
Numerous telegrams of congratulatiosn were read during luncheon. The bridal 
bouquet was caught by Miss Edna Allen,of Corvallis.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.Allen, of Corvallis, and a graduate 
of the O.A.C. of the class of '91. For the past six years she has made her 
home in Portland with her brother,A.W.Allen, and has won many warm friends.
The groom is a popular member of the Multnomah Athletic Club.
Mr. and Mrs. Kuizenga will reside at 245 North Sixteenth street, and will be 
at home after September 1. No Cards.
