At 4 o'clock,to the strains of the wedding march from "Lohengrin" rendered sweetly by Mrs.W.L.Marshall, the bridal pair marched into the parlors preceded by little Lorna and Douglas, the niece and nephew of the bride, who scattered rose petals in their path. The simple but impressive service of the Presbyterian church was conducted by Rev. Edgar P.Hill,D.D. The bride looked charming in a handsome royal blue taffeta gown, trimmed with cream machine lace, and carried a bouquet of white roses. The parlors were beautifully decorated with Autumn foliage, and the mantels were banked with a prfusion of roses. After congratulations a delicious luncheon was served. A striking color effect was obtained in the dining room by intermingling f the tones of scarlet nd green. The room presented a brilliant appearance. The bride's bouquet was caught by Miss Olga Brown. After an enjoyable evening Mr. and Mrs. Chambers left for Meldrum Place where they will be at home to their friends after November 15.
