Morning Oregonian September 25,1904
On Thursday evening,September 15,at Dallas,Or., by 
Rev.A.A.Winter,Rev.I.E.Ferch and Miss Elsie May Canfield were married.The 
bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F.J.Canfield of Yamhill County,a 
graduate of the State Agricultural College,who served acceptably last year as 
professor in Dallas College.Rev.Mr.Ferch graduated last June from Western 
Union College,Le Mars,Ia. Rev. and Mrs.Ferch departed for a short visit to 
Mr.Ferch's mother and relatives at Odessa,Minn. Mr. Ferch is under appointment 
as foreign misionary by the United Evangelical Church,they expect to sail for 
Changsa,China,Province of Human,about the middle of October.
