At St.Luke's Church,Vancouver,Wash.,Rev.W.C.Sheppard,officiating. Mrs. Mary 
Ellen Dowd,of Baker City, was married to Thomas Columbus Watts,of 
Reuben,Columbia county. The bride was handsomely gowned in bronw voile with 
duchesse lace and carried La France roses. The bride was attended by her 
sister,Mrs.Hobart Alden Dyer, as matron of honor. At home,Reuben,Or., after 
November 22.
