Morning Oregonian September 18,1904
Chester M.Hall and Miss Anna D.Gantenbein,well known young people on the East 
Side and prominent in the social and religious life of the Second Baptist 
Church,were united in marriage on Wednesday evening at the home of the bride's 
mother,Mrs.Anna Gantenbein,8 East Sixth street.The house was beautifully 
decorated with roses and festoons of ivy.Sixty friends and relatives were 
present.The bride's dress was of cream popelin de chine with faggoted yoke of 
hontion braid.Miss Lizzie Roos,of Oregon City,played the wedding 
march.Rev.S.C.Lapham,pastor of the Second Baptist Churc,officiated. Mr. and 
Mrs. Hall will be at home to their friends after September 20, at 114 East 
Twenty eighth street.
