Morning Oregonian October 16,1904
A pretty wedding took place at the residence of mrs. C.Graham,at 652 Upshur 
street,October 10,when her eldet daughter,Lydia,was united in marriage to 
Julius Roane,Rev.Henry Marotte,pastor fo the Westminster Presbyterian Church 
officiating. The parlors were decorated with roses,ferns, and Autumn leaves. 
The bride wore a white crepe de chine gown and carried bride roses. Nellie 
Collins was bridesmaid and Elmer Knowlton was best man. Mr. and Mrs. Roane 
will make thier home in Portland.
