All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/or/orfiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Sheron Faynor nitwittwin@hotmail.com June 15, 2008, 9:40 am The Oregonian September 18,1904 The marriage of Miss Perl Jenkins and Mr. Max White,which took place in Spokane last week,was an event in which many young people here are interested,and Miss Marian Chase,of this city,was maid of honor.Miss Jenkins was married at the home of her brother,Mr.William P.Jenkins.Pink and white sweet peas and pink and white asters,with woodbine,made pretty decorations in the parlor,and more of the swet peas were arranged in the dining room,besides pink and white ribbons.The bride's gown was of white silk,mull,and English thread lace,and was very pretty.Miss Chase wore pale pink chiffin,with bouquet of Bridemaid roses.Charles Brown was Mr. White's best man,and the wedding march wa splayed by Mrs.C.N.Lockwood,a chamring young matron and one of the bride's intimate friends.Mr. and Mrs. White are spending their honeymoon in the Kootenia country,in Northern Idaho.
