The marriage of Miss Jennie Monteith,of this city,and Mr. W.Fitzgerald,of 
Astoria,was solemnized Tuesday afternoon at the Cathedral.The ceremony was 
performed by Rev. Father Fierens.Miss Nellie Monteith,sister of the 
bride,acted as bridesmaid,and Mr. W.Francis was best man.After spending a most 
pleasant evening at the residence of the bride'smother,the happy couple left 
for Astoira,their future home.
