The marriage of Miss Ivy M.Powell, daughter of Mr.James Powell, and Mr, John 
Herron,was solemnized at the residence of the bride's parents, 9 East 
Thirteenth street, at 8 o'clock Tuesday evening. The ceremony was performed by 
Rev.Thomas Boyd. Those present were: Mr.and Mrs. James Powell, Dr. and Mrs. 
W.T.Williamson, Mr. and Mrs. M.Stevens, Mr. and Mrs. J.H.Hall, Mr. and Mrs. 
J.Sewell, Dr. and Mrs. C.H. Rafferty, Dr. and Mrs. C.Hill, Mrs.John Powell, 
Mrs. C.H.Hill, Mrs.T.C.Powell, Mrs. Blaker, Mrs. C. Blaker, Misses Myrtle 
Powell, Maggie Dolan, Elva Dolan, Jennie Lent and Miss Blaely. amd Messrs. 
E.L.Powell, A.Powell, C.Powell, Al Powell, and A.H.Powell, all being the 
immdeiate relatives and friends of the bride. Mr. and Mrs. Herron departed on 
Thirsday for San Fransisco, where they will reside.
