Oregonian March 13, 1893
Roseburg,Or,March 13-Mrs.Boggs,wife of William Boggs,living two miles south of 
here,and Ralph Smith,the son of Thomas Smith,of this place, were today 
adjudged insane and will be taken to Salem tonight by Sheriff Miller.
