The victims: Richard Don Severe, 38, Pendleton. Eva Williams Lavadour, 51, Adams. Jennifer June LeClair, 26, Adams. MR. SEVERE died about 3:15 a.m. Sunday when a 1960 station wagon in which he was a passenger went off Highway 395 a half-mile south of Ritter Junction and struck a rocky bluff. The driver of the car, David D. Webb, 18, of 719 SW 28th, Pendleton, has been transferred to Pendleton Community Hospital from the Blue Mountain Hospital, John Day, where he was taken by state police. His injuries apparently are minor. Webb has been charged with driving under the influence of liquor.
