Pendleton Or,Feb13-A.C.Russel,wife and son, were arrested yesterday at 
Athena,charged with the crime of producing an abortion upon a weak minded 
daughter of Russel,who was enceinte,in order to prevent a scandal in the 
family.They will have their examination at Althena tomorrow.Rumors abroad 
accuse both the girls' brother and father with incest. Great excitement 
prevails over the affair,and the authorities are at hand and will aid in the 
matter to the bottom. The girl died very suddenly Wednesday,after gicving 
birth to a well developed fetus.The dead girl's body has been exhumed,and the 
physicians are holding an autopsy ove the same.
