Although it is known that Swauger ws run over by a train, there are mysterious features connected with his death. The victom's shoes were found a short distance from the body and were perfectly intact, while the man's feet were mashed into a pulp. The jury will hold a final session Monday, when an effort will be made to clear up the case. Officers suspect that Swauger met with foul play and that he bdy was thrown on the track byhis assaiants.
