He was standing on the sidetrack,directing a signal to his engineer,when the helper came down grade without, it is said, giving a signal.Brown was horribly crushed,death following instantly. The remians were brought to this city tonight. Brown has been in the employ of O.R.&N. 15 years. He was a member of the Methodist church here,a Knight Templar, and a member of the Railway Conductors. he leaves a wife and little daughter.
