The Rev. Charles Knox will give the address. Ruth Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star will conduct the service. Mrs. Binns who died at the hospital here, Monday, was born Feb. 10, 1862, in Iowa. She was initiated into the Order of the Eastern Star in 1897. Several years ago the Heppner Assembly of the Order of Rainbow for Girls adopted her as its official grandmother. Survivors include nephews and a daughter-in-law. Interment will be in the Heppner Masonic Cemetery.
