Considine dies at 72 James P."Jay" Considine, 72, Pendleton died here Friday. He was born in Lamars, Iowa, and had lived here 29 years. Mr. Considine was a salesman before he retired. He was a two-term president of the Pendleton Eagles Lodge, a veteran of World War I and a member of St. Mary’s Church. Survivors are his widow, Dorothy, Pendleton; a daughter, Eleanore Metz, Sioux City, Iowa; a step-daughter, Mrs. Doug (Anna) Marshall, Pendleton, and 13 grandchildren. Recitation of the Rosary will be Monday, March 10, 1969, 7:30 p.m. in the BURNS MORTUARY CHAPEL. Requiem Mass will be Tuesday, March 11, 1969, 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church with the Rev. James O’Connor, celebrant. Bearers will be: Mark Rusher, Elmer Fordice, Andy Bellomo, Gordon Tholberg, Sandy Fletcher, Otto Broker. Graveside service s will be by F.O. Eagles Aerie No. 28 in Olney Cemetery.
