Mrs. Kaiser, 83, a longtime resident of Pilot Rock and this area, died Tuesday in Pendleton, at Delamarter Care Center. She was born in Woodstock Ohio, June 28, 1900, the daughter of John and Emma Hoisington. Her father served with the Union Forces during the Civil War. When she was 15 years old, she came to Oregon. She was graduated from high school at Hermiston, where her family farmed. Her father had died earlier. On Oct. 18, 1940, she married Karl F. Kaiser at Camas Wash. They lived in Pendleton, moving to Pilot Rock in 1952. Mrs. Kaiser was a member of the Emblem Club of Pendleton. Survivors include her husband, Karl Kaiser, and son, Gale Spinning, both of Pilot Rock.
