He was born Sept. 2, 1903 in Ione, the son of Johan Troedson and Thilda Nelson pioneer Ione area ranchers. He was a member of Valby Lutheran Church, Ione Pomona and Willows granges. He was secretary-treasurer of the Ione-Lexington cemetery board. He is survived by one brother, Verner Troedson of Pendleton, and a sister, Linea Nottage of Portland. Services will be Wednesday. Vault interment will be at High View Cemetery in Ione. Donations may be made to the cancer fund. Funeral Notice TROEDSON, Carl, 69, late of Ione; survived by a brother, Verner Troedson, Pendleton; sister, Linea Nottage, Portland, Oregon. Fineral services will be Wednesday, Oct. 11, 1972 at 2 p.m. in the Ione United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Mark Johnson and the Rev. William Arthur officiating. Vault interment will follow in the High View Cemetery, Ione. Sweeney Mortuary Chapel, Heppner in care of arrangements. Those who wish, in memory of Mr. Troedson, mat make donations to the Cancer Society, directly to the Society or through Sweeney Mortuary.
