La Grande,Or.,July 31- (Special)- Besides the ten delegates appointed by Mayor 
J.E.Foley to the meeting of the Development League in Portland this week,the 
following were appointed by the Commercial Club; J.M. Berry,George 
Palmer,J.W.Scriber,Turner Oliver,Ed Murphy,and A.Andrews.
There will be a good representation from Union County at this meeting,and 
Eastern Oregon people feel that too much cannot be done to further develop the 
many advantages of the country.
