Navy Ensign Benjamin H. Turner, son of Christy D. and James L. Turner,
The Dalles, recently graduated from the Basic Civil Engineer Corps Officer
School.

During the course at Naval School Civil Engineer Corps Officers, Port Hueneme,
California, students receive instruction in engineering management, network
Analysis, financial management and the Navy's organization.

Studies also include military and civilian personnel management and 
Administration, Navy industrial funding, shore facility planning and 
construction battalion operations.

Turner is a 1996 graduate of The Dalles High School and joined the Navy in
March 2002. He is a 2002 graduate of University of Oregon, with a BA degree.
