PORTLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Portland – Ty Tibbets of The Dalles recently received a 2004 scholarship from 
Northwest Automotive Education Training also known as NEAT to help pay for his
Collision repair training at Portland Community College’s Rock Creek Campus.
NEAT has presented a total of $17,500 in scholarships to 32 students.
