The Dalles Chronicle, March 11, 2004
     Kayleb Edward Blake, the infant son of Tiffany Anne Blake, born in The 
Dalles on Feb. 25, 2004, died on Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at his home in The 
Dalles. 
     Although Kayleb was only with his family a short time, he touched the 
hearts of many. 
     He is survived by his mother, Tiffany Blake; grandmother, Dana Phillips, 
great-grandparents, Thomas Blake and Barbara White; all of The Dalles; great-
grandparents, Tony and Ruth Hall, Hydesville, Calif.; his aunt, Samantha Blake 
and his uncle, Matthew Phillips, both of The Dalles and numerous other 
relatives. He was preceded in death by his cousin, Kayla Chance, in 1995.
     Viewing visitation will be held on Thursday, March 11, from 2 to 5 p.m. 
and on Friday, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral 
Home.
     Graveside services will be held at Three Mile Road Cemetery, formerly 
known as Parklawn Cemetery, on Friday, March 12 at 2 p.m. Spencer, Libby and 
Powell Funeral Home are in care of arrangements.
