The Dalles Chronicle, October 7, 2005
     Ramona “Mona” Lee Boydstun, 62, a resident of The Dalles, died at her 
home on Oct. 4, 2005.
     She was born Oct. 18, 1942, in Denver, Colorado, the third of four 
daughters to Carl Robert and Sybil Grace (Wayman) Harlin. She grew up in Baker 
and graduated from Baker High School.
     She married Robert Boydstun on June 12, 1960, in Baker, and they have 
lived in The Dalles for thirty-five years.
     She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, decorating, gardening and being 
with her family. She also worked for nine years for Safeway pharmacy.
     She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Robert Boydstun, The Dalles; 
her children and their spouses, Robert Boydstun IV and Corissa, Portland; and 
Amy Lee and Russell Latham, BZ Corners, Wash.; grandchildren, Robert Boydstun 
V, Miranda Boydstun, Maggie Latham and Wyatt Latham; her sisters, Roxane 
Beeler, Portland; Judy Henjum, Kennewick, Wash. and Jackie Calhoun, North 
Powder. She was preceded in death by her parents.
     Family services will be held at a later date. Private cremation was held 
at Win-quatt Crematory with interment at The Dalles Threemile IOOF Cemetery. 
Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.
     Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army, P.O. Box 380, The Dalles, OR 
97058.
